Compulsive eating, drinking, shopping, cheating, gambling – these are behaviors adopted to shield yourself from painful feelings. The feelings become suppressed with your crutches, and you think you feel better and have gotten rid of them, but you delude yourself.
The feelings continue to jump out from their suppressed place into awareness at inappropriate times and, having developed the habit, you turn to food once more to re-suppress them. Discovering these feelings through intelligent work on yourself and learning how to clear them directly will eliminate the need for compulsive eating.
In this workshop we help you get in touch with some of the underlying feelings, and let go of stored negative emotions in your body. Learn techniques to release untimely, compulsive eating, drinking, etc., and empower each other to live the ultimate potential. By changing your beliefs and feelings, you can truly manifest your hopes and dreams.
