Isn’t life just wonderful? You may agree and others may not agree so fast. No matter what is happening in your life now, we live with the hope that things will turn for the better. Many times – they do.

Laughter is so important. I am not talking about a smile here and there, but pure joy and laughter. When was the last time you laughed so hard that tears started flowing down your face. Remember that time? I bet you can’t even remember what it was for – but you sure do remember the scene. Was it really that long ago? I want you to know that you have the same joy within you right now. Let’s bring that joy back to your everyday life and being!

They say “Laughter is the closest distance between two people,” and laughter is the best remedy to all illness.

Dr. Norman Cousins fended off a life threatening disease using his own regimen of nutritional and emotional support system as oppoosed to traditional methods of treatment. Cousins is often described as “the man who laughed his way to health!”

For every minute of laughter, you produce somewhere around $10,000 worth of healthy body chemistry.

Laughter operates on at least three different levels. They are the biophysical, the biochemical, and the bioenergetic levels.

Laughter moves lymph and oxygenates your organs at the biophysical level, moves lymph fluid around your body simply by the convulsions you experience during the process of laughing; so it boosts immune system function and helps clear out old, dead waste products from organs and tissues.

Laughter increases oxygenation of your body at both the cellular and organ level. By laughing, you intake vast amounts of oxygen in gulps.

It’s also interesting to note that cancer cells are destroyed in the presence of oxygen. In fact, many parasites and bacteria don’t survive well in the presence of oxygen, and to the extent that you can circulate extra oxygen throughout your body, you can help prevent, or in some cases treat, these diseases.

Laughing also boosts circulation. The harder you laugh, the greater this effect. If you can find a way to put yourself into a state of rolling, outrageous laughter, you’re going to get a fantastic physical workout from it! Have you ever laughed so hard that your stomach hurt and your facial muscles were exhausted? That’s some serious exercise, and it’s the kind of exercise in which we should all engage on regular basis.

We are here to help you move all blocks and stressors and help you create more joy, laughter and overall wellness in your life!

Hello, it’s Liza again. Your wellness Guru!

Listen. Listen to what your body is telling you. Each and every cell in your body is full of innate wisdom that is being communicated to you constantly. All you have to do is learn to listen. It is truly amazing what you can learn if you will just listen to what your body has to say!

Focus on yourself…every part of your being.  Whether physical or emotional in nature, disease in general, and pain in particular can be ways for your body to send you messages. Listening to these messages and responding to them are essential steps in the healing process. If these messages are unheeded, true healing is not possible.

This listening and getting to know the uncomfortable place is just exactly
the opposite of what most people want to do. The tendency is to hide,
ignore, push away or numb uncomfortable feelings. Yet, the more one
ignores or actively numbs a painful place or feeling, the “louder” the body will get.

It is only in bringing awareness to the affected area and listening to it,
that true healing is possible. Pain and discomfort come to us for a reason. Before trying to do anything to the place in need, you must first, fully explore it. Get to know it. Becoming aware of how long it has been there. It would not be there if it did not have a purpose. As long as it serves some purpose it will remain. If you need to have it for some reason you will not be able to begin the healing process, transform it or release it.

Many times our physical body creates a diversion of untapped emotional
hurt. We call those distracters. As long as you are busy moaning, complaining and trying to treat the physical nagging ache, pain or anxiety, you divert and don’t have to do any hard work in finding the root cause.

It is often in exploring and listening to the uncomfortable place that it will begin to diminish or release. The reason your first instinct when injuring or cutting your finger is to place it in your mouth and kiss it, is that every hurt or injury needs your loving attention.

No matter how old you are, your body feels and needs the same as ever.
Its message conveyed, it can now let go.

To begin this healing journey allow your consciousness to become just the right size to travel through your body and go right to the source of the problem. I say the source here because the problem, and the source of the problem, may be quite different. You can trust the body to know.

Someone I saw recently was experiencing acute neck pain and a severe headache. Upon some relaxation, I directed her to go to the source of  the problem. After a short while she connected and allowed some emotions to surface. Her heart was full of heartache over her best-friend’s recent death, and had not allowed herself to grieve the loss.

It is important to note that in exploring the source of the problem what you “see” does not have to be anatomically correct. Just imagine what it looks or feels like. Take some time to explore the area. Notice the color, texture, shape, even the smell and any sounds.

You can communicate with your body for it is full of great wisdom and
intelligence. Chances are, it has been trying to tell you something for a long time.

We can help you connect and bring forth what your body wants to show you or tell you. Through HypnoMassage you can experience more profound mind-body connection to bring about healing.

Healing is necessary, take some time to imagine what this area would be like if it were perfectly healthy. Imagine healing the condition in whatever way works for you. You might imagine gluing bones together, plucking out cancer, massaging your stuck colon, lubricating joints, sanding down arthritis, shrinking pain. Doing everything you need to do to heal this area.

The HypnoMassage healing process follows these simple steps: While massaging, locate the area in need of healing, explore it, discover its purpose or message and finally, though hypnotic suggestions, visualization and mind-body connection, release or transformation of
the condition.

Remember you can communicate with your body at any time. All you have to do is stop and listen to what it is telling you. You have more control over your mind and body than you realize. Honor and accept your mind, body and self far more deeply than ever before!

What is your well being ideal? What are you trading your time for?

Today, I want to give you the first of many powerful tips to create more
Joy & Harmony and a Better You! It’s quick, it’s easy and it’s priceless.

To get the most out of this exercise, use it first thing when you wake
up and last thing before you go to sleep. See, it’s already easy!
It’s as easy as 1-2-3.

I know…you are thinking, “Who’s got time for this?” But believe me,
it won’t take more than 5 minutes of your time. You can take 5 minutes
away from your daily routine – Can’t You?  Yes You Can!

By doing this exercise everyday you will feel better, calmer and become
more effective. I promise you’ll create more joy & harmony in Your life!

Let us begin… Sit or lay down somewhere comfortable.

1 – Become comfortable with your surroundings – no need to focus on
anything particular or specific, just allow yourself to become aware
of your entire body.

2 – Without thinking about it – now gently bring your attention on being
one with and go inside of your body.

3 – Fill your mind with a sense of wellness all over your body, from the
top of your head down to the bottom of your feet. Become aware of every
muscle, every nerve, every cell and every atom in your body move, as if covering yourself in a blanket of total harmony.

Recite this affirmation to yourself:  “I bring harmony and joy to my
life. My heart is happy, my spirit is playful, my mind is at peace.”

Repeat and stay with this affirmation for about 2 minutes…

4 - Just before ending the session, inhale deeply, and in the privacy
of your mind quietly reaffirm:  “I deserve health and happiness.
I appreciate and accept myself for who I am.”

5 – As you breathe, take a moment to feel satisfied and good about what
you just said.

6 – Bring yourself into the moment, focusing your attention to what is
happening and surrounding you now.

7 - Take another nice deep breathe…and go about your daily routine!

I wonder how quickly you will notice that your life is more exciting,
pleasurable, satisfying and joyous when you do this simple exercise
several times a week – if not several times a day!

Heal With Liza

Hello there,

What do you desire for yourself? Your family? Your loved ones? What are you looking for? What is it that you seek? Do you know?

Several years ago, I was scheduled to undergo my third surgery for ovarian cysts. At that time I was referred to a hypnotherapist. Then, a miracle occurred: after four sessions of hypnotherapy I was able to heal myself, making the surgery no longer necessary. My powerful transformation through hypnosis and guided imagery fueled my passion to help others using this remarkable science.

In 1996 I founded InnerSite, a healing center in the heart of Glendale CA, and I’ve been expanding my practice ever since. Most recently, I launched HealWithin, a healing center and website specifically focused on women and women’s issues including weight loss, pregnancy, menopause, domestic violence, and more.

The journey has been unequivocally beautiful, filled with ups and downs, trials and victories. It is not always easy, but it is always well worth the effort.

So, what is it that You are seeking? Let the Journey begin. Let the Journey be your Guide…the Journey to Your own inner-transformation.

I created this blog because I want to share my knowledge with all of you. Stay tuned for more tips on how to create total health and wellness in mind, body and emotions.
